“The delivery of goods will take at least 1 week (7 days) from the day it is delivered by the online shop’s courier or delivery agent to Phunsthok Deguling Express agent in India. Therefore, we cannot deliver your goods before this timeframe. If you have urgent needs and require the goods before this timeframe, we advise you not to use our service.”
“Some customers’ goods get returned after their confirmation and pre-payment to Phunsthok Deguling Express. This sometimes happens if our agent finds that your goods are tampered with, spoilt, or have issues with the package. In such cases, the package is returned to the online shop to ensure a quality check and protect your investment. Any payments you have made to Phunsthok Deguling Express can be refunded after 10 days, once we confirm and receive the goods in the Bhutan warehouse. The refund process begins only after we physically check the returned goods following the mandatory quarantine period and completion of the due import process for online orders. Only after this verification can we process refunds. Therefore, you must wait at least 10 (ten) days to receive your refund. If you feel this is too long, again, our advice is not to use our service, as we do not want to disappoint our customers.”
